He is also currently developing several other projects including, the 21 story San Marco Place condominiums, Waterside on the Intracoastal, and Kings Avenue Station, a 250,000 square foot mixed-use facility.

He is a recipient of the 1998 SBA “Small Business Person of the Year” award for the State of Florida and a former National Delegate to the White House Conference on Small Business Issues. He is a frequent speaker on the Real Estate circuit and a founding member of the Jacksonville chapter of the Urban Land Institute.
